This 16 oz sized Peekytoe Crab Meat (Jonah Crab legs meat) is pink, sweet and has a delicate flavor. Recently it has become a big boom for chefs because of their freshness. Unpasteurized, the Peekytoe crab meat is mostly from Jonah Crabs. Peekytoe Crab has a unique sweet, smooth taste that quite different from others.
Sustainable-Trapped in waters about 20-40 feet of water, these crabs used to be a by-catch of lobstermen. But after tasting them, they knew that this was a crab that needed its own fishermen.
